The Maat team was tasked with designing the facade for a project near the seashore.

The client’s main request was to create a luxurious look using a simple and cost-effective approach. As a result, the facade was designed to be straightforward, with an emphasis on light lines for visual appeal.

The main facade features a wave-like shape created by sliding large terraces about each other position. Additionally, a sculpture representing the project’s name, Phoenix, has been designed for the main entrance to welcome visitors
