Considerations for the facade of this project, located by the road and sea, include the views from windows and terraces facing the sea, as well as the perspective of passersby towards the upper part of the building.
The main idea behind the roof design was to recreate the feeling of climbing a high rock to admire the sea waves. This concept extends to other parts of the project. Elements on the roof not only provide a rooftop garden and private viewpoints but also act as visible features from the surroundings. They serve as viewpoints from above and pergolas from below.
The interior spaces of the lobby and common areas in this complex, featuring a pool, café, small restaurant, and resident cinema, are designed with forms and colors reminiscent of rain.
