In the design of the “Saye” project plan, the main challenge was achieving a regular and modular layout that, while maximizing natural light for the main spaces, would also minimize dead space and meet parking requirements.
By correcting the irregular and fragmented site lines, the plan was redesigned in such a way that the interior spaces of the units became as square-shaped, well-proportioned, and functional as possible. The extended terraces connected to the living areas blur the boundary between inside and outside, enabling the expansion of communal activities for residents.
The building’s facade, with the combination of ochre brick and green stone alongside the greenery of the terraces, has created a warm, vibrant, and inviting atmosphere.
